Security Business Coach –Service as a Business (SaaB)
To help clients achieve profitable business growth the service is designed to guide clients through the process of building a security business. Using a monthly webinar (more time if needed) format partner’s readiness to launch or expand security services will be assessed. Once assessed the partner will be placed in one of three levels: Ready to Plan, Ready to Start or Ready to Expand.Consultations will then be structured based on partner level to increase their revenue through introducing new security services to their prospect/client base.

Comptia Security Trustmark® Accreditation Preparation
*Conduct webinars ( a series of 3- 2 hour sessions) to either prepare to be assessed for Trustmark or allow attendees to see if they are ready to pass the assessment. This concern on being ready is the biggest reason VAR’s fail to get the Trustmark even VARs who paid for it. The series of 3 webinars covers all 12 sections of the Trustmark and the 9 required documents which must be submitted. This allows time for individual questions and examples to be covered.
